Return Policy
A majority of our products are custom-made to order. All sales on our spotify panes are final and cannot be returned due to being a custom piece. If you have any issues, please contact us so we can evaluate your circumstance. If your order was incorrect, please contact us immediately. There is no refund or return on our digital prints, logos, custom panes, or graphics. Our apparel can be returned but please contact us to see if your circumstance qualifies for a return or replacement.
Refund Policy
A majority of our products are custom-made to order. Our refund policy on our custom spotify panes in particular, is that if you cancel your order you will only be partially refunded 50% of the product cost, excluding shipping cost. The exception of this policy is when you want to upgrade your product to a painted piece from a printed piece during restock date. Please reach out to business owner for assistance in this. If spotify pane order has been started or completed (painted,has decals,etc.), sale is nonrefundable.
Shipping Policy
Any import charge that is placed by a postal office in a international shipment is to be paid by the reciepient upon arrival. Import charges don't always occur but vary depending on your countries policy and is not determined by Stick by Faith. For more information on those import charges please reach out to your postal office.
